1. Customized Products
All shoe molds and slipper molds manufactured by our company are custom-made according to the samples, 3D files, sizes, and technical requirements confirmed by the customer. They are not standard stock products.
2. Refund Policy
After the customer confirms the design and pays the deposit, once we have started 3D design, wooden last/sample making, CNC machining, or mold production, cancellations for reasons attributable to the customer are generally not eligible for a refund.
3. Design Confirmation
Before production begins, the customer should confirm the product design, size, patterns, and relevant technical requirements. If the customer requests changes to the confirmed design or requirements, any additional modification costs will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
4. Quality Issues & After-Sales Service
If the mold has any quality problems caused by our manufacturing, please provide clear photos, videos, and a description of the problem promptly. Once confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide technical support, repair, modification, or arrange a remake through mutual agreement, depending on the actual situation.
5. Damage During Transportation
If the mold is damaged during transportation, please keep the original packaging and provide photos and videos as evidence. Please contact us and the shipping company promptly so that the issue can be handled accordingly.
